Every order placed via www.funeco.com.tr constitutes acceptance of the Preliminary Information Form and the Distance Sales Agreement.
All sales are subject to Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the relevant legislation.
Unless otherwise stated, shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
Products must be delivered within the legally required period of 30 days.
If the ordered product is out of stock, the buyer will be informed and the paid amount will be refunded within 14 days.
If payment is not completed or is canceled, the product will not be delivered.
If unauthorized use of a credit card is detected, the product must be returned.
In cases of force majeure, delivery may be postponed. If the order is canceled, a refund will be issued.
The buyer must inspect the product before accepting delivery. Damaged products should not be accepted.
The buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of delivery.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must be unused, unopened, undamaged, and returned together with the invoice.

Following the withdrawal notice, the refund will be made within 10 days.
The returned product will be collected within 20 days.
If the product has become unsuitable for return, the buyer may be charged for the resulting damage.
Opened or used personal hygiene products cannot be returned.
Cleaning products with damaged or opened packaging are not eligible for return.
Payments can be made via bank transfer/EFT or credit card.
All payments are securely processed using 3D Secure.
Orders are shipped after payment confirmation.
